ORDERING

In addition to ordering via the nutri4all.com website, you also have the following other options:

- order by telephone via numbers +32 15 24.30.10 (BE) or +31 467 078 104 (NL) during our office hours (Monday to Friday from 9 am - 12:30 pm and from 1 pm - 5 pm)

- order by email at info@nutri4all.com

PAYMENT

All prices on the site are stated in EURO and include VAT, unless you order from outside the EU. In that case, the sales price does not include the costs for importation or customs duties.

Payments are accepted via Paypal, iDEAL, Bancontact, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard or via bank transfer. A payment by bank transfer takes longer. An order will only be shipped once the amount has been transferred to our account.

DELIVERY

Orders will only be shipped after receipt of full payment. You will receive a tracking number from us with which you can track your package online, as soon as we have handed over your order to the driver.

We will send you an email when your shipment has been transferred to the driver. Within the Benelux you will normally receive your order the working day following this email. For other countries within Europe, delivery can take 3 to 7 days.

Deliveries are made on weekdays (excluding public holidays) and between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. A signature is required to deliver the package. Did the first episode fail? Then the driver will visit you again the next day. After that, the package will be sent to us again and we will contact you for further instructions.

DELIVERY COSTS

 

Shipments within the Benelux are free from 50 € / 3.95 € between 25 € and 50 € / 5.95 € under 25 €. The transport costs outside the Benelux are shown below. Orders placed separately cannot be combined. Shipping costs will therefore be charged for each order. Mail to info@nutri4all.com for more information about shipping rates or custom shipping to countries not listed.

RETURNS

You have the option to return the entire order or part of the delivered goods within a period of 14 working days without giving any reason. This period starts at the moment the ordered products are delivered. You are, however, obliged, before proceeding to return, to notify NF Nutraceuticals BV via e-mail, at info@nutri4all.com, within the period of 14 working days after delivery.

The products must be returned in the original packaging and in new condition (closed seal). The return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
