Ordering

Besides ordering on our website nutri4all.com, you  can also order your food supplements by following means:

  • Order by phone on number +32 15 24 30 10 (Belgium) or +31 467 078 104 (The Netherlands) during our office hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00 am till 12:30 am and 1:00 pm till 5:00 pm)
  • Order by fax on number +32 15 24 30 15.
  • Order by email on info@nutri4all.com
 

Payment

All prices on the website are in Euros and VAT inclusive.

Payments are accepted through Paypal, iDEAL, Bancontact, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard or bank wire. Beware that an order paid by bank wire will only be shipped after payment has been received on our bank account.

 

Delivery

Orders are shipped after receipt of full payment. You will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery of your order once it has been handed over to our delivery partner.

Within the Benelux you will normally receive your order the next business day. For other countries within Europe the delivery can take up till 3 to 5 days.

Deliveries are done on weekdays (except when public holidays) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The delivery requires a signature of the recipient. In case of absence, the driver will drive by once again the next day. In case of absence on the second trial, the package will be sent back to us and we will contact you for further instructions.

 

Delivery Costs

Orders within the Benelux are free as of 50 € / 2,95 € between 25 € and 50 € / 4,95 € below 25 €. Delivery costs outside the benelux vary by country and will be indicated below.

Returns

You have the possibility to return all or part of the delivered goods within 7 business days after they have been delivered to you, whatever the reason. Prior to returning the goods, you have to inform in writing NF Nutraceuticals BV of your choice to return the goods, by sending an email to info@nutri4all.com.

Goods can only be returned in their original packing and only if they have not been altered or opened (unsealed).

In case above mentioned conditions have been fulfilled, you will be refunded of the purchase price, including the eventual initial delivery costs, within 14 days after the goods have been returned to NF Nutraceuticals BV.

The costs of returning delivered goods are nevertheless at your expense and responsibility.

In the following cases, goods can be returned free of charge:
-Product damaged / defective upon receipt
-Product does not meet description on website
-Received product that wasn't ordered
